Brierfield House is a family-owned, 41-bedroom care home in Nelson, near Burnley, offering residential, dementia and respite care. We provide a warm, welcoming setting with bright communal spaces, private areas and en-suite rooms that residents can personalise. Our experienced team delivers specialist dementia support at every stage, with a truly person-centred approach.
Residents can enjoy a range of optional activities, relax in comfortable lounges or spend time in our garden with seating and a summer house. Fresh, nutritious meals are prepared in-house, and everything we do focuses on comfort, dignity and wellbeing, making Brierfield House a place to truly feel at home.
