We understand the challenge of living with dementia and, that’s why we ensure people feel supported, relaxed, and happy in their new home. We take the time to get to know and understand the individual, their likes and dislikes, and enable them to build friendships in a safe and supported environment, where dignity and respect are maintained.
At each home, we support specialist dementia services. Every individual in our care has a personalised digital care plan, which changes as their needs do, and is developed and adapted with the support of families and healthcare professionals. At every stage of care, our thoughtful and passionate carers are supported by district nurses, local GP’s, and other NHS services to make sure our residents receive the best care.
