  • Step 1: Apply
    Submit an application or send your CV to our Recruitment Team.

    Step 2: Recruitment & Onboarding
    If successful, we'll guide you through the interview process, pre-employment checks and onboarding, ensuring you have everything you need to get started.

    Step 3: Access Available Shifts
    Once you're fully onboarded, you'll gain access to available shifts across your approved homes.

    Step 4: Choose When You Work
    Select shifts that fit around your lifestyle, availability and commitments.

    Step 5: Settle Into Your Home
    If you're working in a new home, we'll provide a local induction and support to help you get to know the team, residents and routines.

    Step 6: Grow Your Career
    As part of Each Other Care, you'll have access to ongoing development opportunities and can apply for permanent roles across our homes.
