Team Spotlight: Welcoming Preston Glades’ New Manager

We’re delighted to welcome Tracey Yates to Each Other Care as our new Registered Manager at Preston Glades.

Tracey joins us with over 20 years of experience in the care sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge in quality improvement, occupancy growth, dementia care, and person-centred leadership. Her career includes senior roles with care organisations such as HC-One, Maria Mallaband and Southern Cross Healthcare, where she has led teams to deliver sustainable CQC improvements and innovative projects that support and improve daily outcomes for residents.

Throughout her career, Tracey has developed a reputation for creating environments where people can truly thrive and homes that are warm, inclusive and focused on individual wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering care teams to grow in confidence, strengthen communication, and continuously improve the quality of care they provide.

“For me, care is about connection. Taking time to listen, share moments and build relationships that make life meaningful,” says Tracey. 

“I’m excited to continue that journey at Preston Glades, working with a team that shares the same commitment to quality, compassion and community.”

Tracey’s immediate priorities include building on our existing strengths, supporting team development, and embedding our values-led culture of continuous improvement and positive engagement. Her leadership style reflects our Each Other Care values of being authentic, creating relationships, being positive and light-hearted, and being there for each other.
