Teamwork makes the dream work at Highfield Hall

Our value of being there for each other was on full display recently as one of our residents joined our domestic team for the day.

Linda asked Trish if she could help clean the lounge and of course the answer was yes! We’re here to support residents in whatever way they want, and this example of teamwork was lovely to see. Linda’s efforts also didn’t go unnoticed- many residents and team members commented that she has a job anytime.

Many hands make light work and it was a joy to welcome Linda onto the domestic team to create our warm and welcoming environment.

Manager Janet Aspden tells us:
